SHIPPING AND T&Cs

All orders placed through the Gin Palace website are dispatched within two business days via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We send all orders from Gin Palace in Melbourne and deliver Australia-wide to locations covered by the Australia Post network. Please see estimated delivery timeframes below:

Please note that these timeframes are an estimate only, and do not include public holidays or weekends.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Your delivery can be tracked through the Australia Post website.

 

All standard merchandise orders are sent with authority to leave, meaning that Australia Post will not require a signature for delivery and, if a safe place is available, Australia Post will leave the parcel if nobody is home. 

 

Products containing alcoholic can only be delivered to persons 18+ and will require a signature upon delivery. Valid government-issued ID demonstrating proof of age must be presented to the courier for goods to be delivered.

CLICK AND COLLECT

For orders placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday, we offer a next day click-and-collect service from Gin Palace (10 Russell Pl, Melbourne). Orders can be collected between 12pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at events@ginpalace.com.au for us to arrange a remedy.

 

We are only able to provide exchanges for change of mind on standard, non-perishable merchandise. Please contact us at events@ginpalace.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your order to organise your exchange. Please note that return postage fees for change of mind orders are at the customer’s expense.
